We design Spaces That Make People Happy
For this Philly row house we were hired to design a contemporary kitchen in a small footprint using sustainable materials and eco-friendly appliances. The homeowners wanted to open a pass-through into the dining room, but preferred that room keep it’s historic charm. With some layout changes we were able to maximize work space, gain easy access to a big window and add storage to both rooms. Our interior design team developed an earthy palette of natural wood, soap stone counters, and hand-made zellige tiles. Every inch was detailed to add utility including floating shelves, a deep window sill, two sided cabinets, and a towel rod near the radiator for toasty towels! Our custom cabinets were used in a natural rift oak and a painted finish on the dining side.
